I have not received my gift card/phone refill and I paid the full amount. What should I do?

First we want to let you know that your funds are safe. You will get a legend that says "payment detected".

If you have not received your gift card/phone refill, it might be due to different reasons: 

  • Transaction has not been confirmed yet. See more information here 
  • Payment not received on time, and invoice expired (more information about this here). If the payment was sent and the transaction is confirmed, please contact Customer Service with your transaction/address information or request a refund on your checkout page.
  • Order was underpaid. See more information here
  • Technical failure with the order. Please contact Customer Service.
