First we want to let you know that your funds are safe. Your invoice will update as well as a confirmation email that says "payment detected".
If you have not received your gift card/phone refill, it might be due to different reasons:
- Transaction has not been confirmed yet. See more information here
- Payment not received on time, and invoice expired (more information about this here). If the payment was sent and the transaction is confirmed, please contact Customer Service with your transaction/address information or request a refund on your checkout page.
- Order was underpaid. See more information here
- Phone refill operators are seeing a high volume of orders and are processing orders slowly
- Technical failure with the order. Please contact Customer Service here
