I don't recognize a transaction on my Bitrefill Card. What should I do?

If you don't recognize a transaction on your Bitrefill card, follow these steps to address the issue promptly:

  1. Freeze Your Card:
    Action: Immediately freeze your card to prevent further unauthorized charges to your card.
    How: Go to Bitrefill Account and click on "freeze".

  2.  Reach out to the merchant directly:
    Why: This is often the fastest way to resolve the issue positively.
    How: Explain your situation and provide any necessary information to assist with their investigation.

  3. If unresolved by the Merchant:
    Support Request: If the merchant does not resolve the issue, please send us a support request.
    Provide Details: Include the following information in your support request:

    • The amount of the charge you don't recognize.
    • The date of the transaction.
    • The store where the transaction occurred.

  4. New Card:

    • Important: Do not unfreeze your card until a new card has been issued to ensure your account remains secure.
