If you experience issues when purchasing a product with your balance, please make sure you have enough credit to cover the product price.
To check your balance, click your name at the top right and select Account Balances. Keep in mind that you can combine your Bitrefill balances for payments (BTC, USD, EUR and Rewards).
However, please note that it is not possible to combine your balances with an external payment.
