Can I pay to the same address in different purchases?

Unfortunately, every invoice for an order or account top-up to your Bitrefill account creates a new address.

Please be careful when you are entering the address in your wallet or exchange. 

If you paid to an old or previously used address please submit a ticket here and provide the following information:

  1. Transaction / Hash ID pasted in plain text
  2. Address that you sent the funds to pasted in plain text
  3. Cryptocurrency, network & amount you used for your payment method
