The majority of the products in Bitrefill are sold at face value. This means you receive the full value of what you are paying. For instance, if you are paying for a 100 USD Amazon Gift Card, you will pay 100 USD.
However, other products are sold above the face value as the prices are subject to the product's supplier team. Although our team does continually ask for better pricing that we can pass along to our customers, some of the providers only offer their cards above face value.
These providers set the pricing depending on their agreements with the individual brands, and because of this we have limited options: our choice is to offer this product at the premium or not to offer it at all. Sometimes this is a difficult decision because we don't want the customers to think we are adding a premium as we are not!
