2. Go to Settings under your Profile Menu
3. Click on the "Delete" button.
4. Fill in the needed information and submit the form accordingly.
We will proceed with the necessary steps to confirm that we can fulfill your request and will inform you when we begin the process.
However, please note that, according to our Terms and Conditions, your data related to the Bitrefill Card is processed by our partners, Lightspark Payments Europe (LSP EU). Please be aware that, due to the regulated nature of the product, your data will be retained by them for a determined period before being deleted.
