Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when an order may fail due to technical issues or with the operator or supplier.
Don't worry! If this happens, you can easily process a refund. Here are the options available, depending on your payment method:
- Refund to a Crypto Address: If you paid with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or any other cryptocurrency, you can receive a refund directly to your wallet. Simply enter your wallet address to proceed.
- Bitrefill Balance: If you paid using Bitrefill credit or using certain cryptocurrencies and have an existing account, you can opt to refund to your Bitrefill balance. If you do not have an account, you will have the option to create one at this stage.
- Binance Pay: For payments made using Binance Pay, refunds can be processed directly back to your Binance account.
