If you have lost access to your device, you may submit a request for a reset of your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). In order to protect the security of your account, we do have a cooling period. During this time you can still make purchases on Bitrefill even without being logged into your account.

For added security, before we can proceed with resetting your 2FA, you will need to confirm:
- Your current rewards balance
- Most recent purchase
- The date your account was created
