If you have lost access to your device, you may submit a request for a reset of your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). In order to protect the security of your account, we do have a cooling period, where your account will be inactive while we reset the 2FA. During this time you can still make purchases on Bitrefill even without being logged into your account.
For added security, before we can proceed with resetting your 2FA, you will need to confirm:

- The date your account was created
