How do I reset or remove my two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If you have lost access to your device, you may submit a request for a reset of your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). In order to protect the security of your account, we do have a cooling period. During this time you can still make purchases on Bitrefill even without being logged into your account. 

  • For added security, before we can proceed with resetting your 2FA, you will need to confirm:
    • Your current rewards balance
    • Most recent purchase
    • The date your account was created

You can find this information in the confirmation emails you received.
