We have introduced a new feature that allows you to use Li.Fi, a decentralized exchange unaffiliated with Bitrefill, to swap your coins with other tokens across various chains and networks. You can then use the tokens to add store credit or purchase products at Bitrefill.
You can try Li.Fi by going to https://www.bitrefill.com/account, clicking Add credit and selecting Li.Fi Pay. You can learn more about using your favorite token with Li.Fi here.
