Please be careful when you are entering the address in your wallet or exchange.
If you paid to an old or previously used address please submit a ticket here and provide the following information:
- Transaction / Hash ID pasted in plain text
- Address that you sent the funds to pasted in plain text
- Cryptocurrency, network & amount you used for your payment method
