Payment not received in time

This message comes up when we do not detect your payment within the time window assigned for your invoice. When we quote a price in a cryptocurrency that is not a stablecoin we can only honor that price for a set amount of time due to their price volatility. You can read more about that here

If you have sent the payment but your invoice expired, please keep that screen open and as soon as the transaction is confirmed onchain & we detect it, you will be able to request a refund for your payment. 

If you have not sent your payment & the page has expired, you can create a new order by selecting the "Recreate Order" button. Keep in mind this will generate a new crypto address so check to ensure you're sending the funds to the correct address.
