How quickly does Customer Support reply?

Our goal is to never make you wait when you need assistance as we understand that most issues are urgent and time sensitive. We usually reply within 30 minutes, but please allow up to 4 hours.

If we've yet to reply we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Some issues require we gather more information in order to assist you and provide an answer to your inquiry. Also, be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes email providers will filter our replies. 

If you have submitted a support request or sent an email to, you do not need to try to contact us in social media or other places. We work hard to support customers as quickly and effectively as possible!
