The settlement process is entirely handled by the merchant and their acquiring bank. We do not control this timeline, and it can vary depending on their internal systems. Unfortunately, we cannot speed it up or influence the process — the timeline is determined solely by the merchant and their acquirer.
No action is needed from your side unless the payment remains unsettled beyond 30 business days. If that happens, we recommend reaching out to the merchant directly for an update.
