How to transfer balance between the virtual and physical card

To transfer the balance from the physical card to the virtual card or vice-versa, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to the Bitrefill Card section of your account

2. Click on "Add money"

3. In the window that opens up scroll down and click on "Or transfer funds from..."

4. An amount selector will pop up. Input the desired amount to transfer.

5. Confirm the transfer

• • Review the details of the transfer and confirm the transaction.
  • The transfer will be processed instantly and free of charge.
