Ordering your first physical card is free. The cost includes creating and shipping the card to you within the EU.
If your card does not arrive, you can cancel the order and try again free of charge.
If your card does not arrive a second time, you will need to contact our customer support and may be charged €10 to order another card.
If you lose or replace your physical card before it expires, there is a €10 charge to order a new one. This cost includes card replacement and shipping.
