There are two spending limit tiers: Starter and Plus.
Starter is where every Bitrefill Card customer begins. It needs identity verification (a photo of your ID document and a selfie) and, in some cases, proof of address. You can deposit up to 15,000 EUR in total over the life of your card, and spend up to 10,000 EUR per month.
Plus has no deposit limit and lets you spend up to 15,000 EUR per month. It also needs proof of address and proof of source of funds. Once you reach a Starter limit, you will receive an email and a notification on your Bitrefill Card page inviting you to upgrade, and you will have 30 days to complete it.
