After installing your eSim, it's crucial to ensure that you turn on roaming on your device. This step allows your device to connect to the eSim Go network when you're outside your home network's coverage area.
Here's how you can turn on roaming on both Apple and Android devices:
For Apple Devices:
1. Go to the Settings app on your home screen.
2. Select 'Cellular': In the settings menu, tap 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data', depending on your region.
3. Tap on 'Cellular Data Options': This will open a new menu.
4. Enable 'Data Roaming': Toggle the switch next to 'Data Roaming' to the on position. The switch should turn green, indicating that data roaming is now enabled.
