First, check that your Apple device is compatible with eSIMs and is not locked by any specific carrier.
Reminders:

Ensure you have a strong internet connection before installation. A strong Wi-Fi network or a good 4G connection is recommended.

Each eSIM can only be activated once. Once activation has started on a device, the QR code/activation code will no longer be accessible.

Data roaming must be enabled for the eSIM to work.

Validity time: You can activate the eSIM before heading to any of the supported countries, but its validity time won't begin until you turn it on within one of those countries.
Installation using QR code
1. You may scan the provided eSIM QR code using your phone camera or continue to step 2.
2. Go to your device Settings → tap Cellular or Mobile Data → tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular plan → select Use QR Code → scan the QR code → tap Continue and wait 10 minutes for eSIM to activate, finally tap Done when you see "Mobile Plan Setup Complete".
3. You have the option to modify the eSIM Label (the name of the eSIM) instead of using the default name
4. You should now see your eSIM in the Mobile Data / Cellular Data field.
5. Enable data roaming by going to Settings → Mobile Data / Cellular Data → select the desired eSIM → toggle the Data Roaming button ON.
Installation using Activation code (copy-paste method)
1. Go to Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data → Add eSIM or Add Cellular plan → select Use QR Code → select Enter Details Manually → copy and paste Activation codes
Activation code format: You will need to enter the SM-DP+ address and Activation Code separately.
Example:
SM-DP+ address: rsp.truphone.com
Activation code: JQ-1RA5Y7-157UAZP
Confirmation code: Leave this field blank
2. You have the option to modify the eSIM Label (the name of the eSIM) instead of using the default name
3. You should now see your eSIM in the Mobile Data / Cellular Data field.
4. Enable data roaming by going to Settings → Mobile Data / Cellular Data, now select the desired eSIM and toggle the Data Roaming button ON.
