Refunds in Original Cryptocurrency
If you make a payment using a non-stable coin (like Bitcoin), we will refund you the *exact* amount of cryptocurrency you paid, regardless of the market's fluctuations.
To illustrate, if you purchase a 0.05 BTC product, we will refund 0.05 BTC irrespective of Bitcoin's value changes. This applies even if Bitcoin has dropped from 30,000 USD to 29,000 USD.
Refunds in USD or EUR Bitrefill Balance
As an alternative option, you can choose to receive your refund in Bitrefill balance, denoted in USD or EUR.
For instance, if you bought a gift card worth 35 EUR using 0.0013 BTC, we can refund your Bitrefill balance with 35 EUR.
