Some of the gift cards for South Africa (Pick n Pay, Incredible Connection, among others) are intended to be single use gift cards.
If you partially used one of these gift cards, we must manually generate a new code for the remaining balance. To activate this, please find the gift card at https://www.bitrefill.com/account/orders and click on it once. This will trigger an update, and you will be given a new one for the remaining amount on the gift card.
Please note that the amount displayed on the gift card will remain its original value.
Also, note that these gift cards are delivered as a 'WiCode.' You need to present this WiCode when completing the checkout in-store. The cashier may also refer to it as a 'Mobile Code'.
