Some of the gift cards for South Africa (Pick b Pay, Incredible Connection, among others) are intended to be single use gift cards.
In case you partially used one of these gift cards, we will need to manually generate a new code for the remaining balance. In order to activate this, please find the gift card in https://www.bitrefill.com/account/orders and click on it once, this will trigger the code update and you will be given a new one for the remaining amount on the gift card.
Please note that the amount displayed on the gift card will remain as the original value of it. Improvements on this will be launched soon!
Also note that these gift cards are delivered as a 'WiCode', you need to present this WiCode when completing the checkout in store, cashier may also refer to it as a 'Mobile Code'.
