Yes, you should be able to use your hotspot with your eSIM.
If you can’t use your hotspot, you may need to update your APN settings to include data.esim, specifically in the Personal Hotspot section of your APN settings (especially if you're using an iOS device with an older version of iOS).
Filling out the APN settings as shown below should allow you to start using your hotspot.
