In rare cases, your order may fail due to a technical issue or a problem with the operator or supplier. Don’t worry, if you placed the order through your Belo account, getting a refund is quick and simple.
Here’s how to do it:
From the Bitrefill website or app:
Go to your failed order and click "Refund options."

You’ll be asked to choose where you’d like the refund to go:
To your Bitrefill account
To a Bitcoin address
Note: If you select "Refund to logged-in account," the refund will be credited to your Bitrefill account, not directly to your Belo wallet.

Refund to your Belo account
To receive the refund directly to your Belo account, follow these steps:
Open your Belo app
Tap "Deposit" > "BTC" > "Blockchain" > "SegWit"
Copy the SegWit address provided
Paste it into the refund form on Bitrefill
Click "Refund" to submit your request
After that, the system will generate a link to track your refund on the blockchain. You should receive the funds in your Belo account shortly.
