I'm having issues with my Just Eat code redemption. What should I do?

If you're experiencing trouble redeeming a Just Eat code, it might be due to one of two common scenarios. Here’s how to resolve each:

  1. You received a numeric code and a PIN. In some cases, your Just Eat gift will include two parts: a numeric code and a PIN code. You must combine both the numeric code and the PIN into one single string of digits and enter them in the redemption field without any spaces.

    For example, if your code is 1234567890 and your PIN is 9876, enter it as: 12345678909876

  2. You received an alphanumeric code.
    If your gift code includes both letters and numbers (e.g. CH7T0GMC1HP5), it is an alphanumeric code and must be redeemed through the Just Eat website corresponding to the region of your account.

Go to the official Just Eat website for your country (e.g., justeat.co.uk for the UK, justeat.ie for Ireland, etc.), log into your account, and redeem the code on that regional site.
