Before you submit: You'll receive a verification email after sending your request. Click the link to confirm your address and deliver your message to our team.

Bitrefill is an e-commerce, not a financial or crypto-assets service provider. We do not provide custody, wallet, or exchange services nor have the ability to freeze, seize or recover funds. Bitrefill sells non-financially regulated goods and services to customers. For this reason, we are unlikely to be able to provide any identity information. Bitrefill is subject to GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Bitrefill does not share customer data voluntarily, but only when legally required by applicable laws and requested by an appropriate legal instrument. Bitrefill does not respond to requests from private investigators, lawyers or people other than law enforcement agents. If this is your case, please contact law enforcement and ask them to contact us.

The first name of the law enforcement officer submitting the request.

The last name of the law enforcement officer submitting the request.

A direct contact number for the requesting officer, including country and area code, that will be used to verify the authenticity of this request.

The official agency email address of the requesting officer (e.g., name@agency.gov).

The official name of the requesting officer's law enforcement agency.

The country in which the requesting officer's law enforcement agency has jurisdiction.

The country where your law enforcement agency is located.

The name of the court, government agency, or authority that issued the order.

Bitrefill does not respond to voluntary requests for data unless exceptional circumstances apply (such as a very urgent request that may save a human life or avoid great harm). Indicate the nature of your request.

A reference to the specific law, statute, or regulation that authorizes the request.

Provide the identifiers contained in the request. Our system is optimized to search for emails, phone numbers (with country code, without +), and transaction hashes. Input each identifier separated by a comma.

The date by which the requested information is needed. Leave blank if none.
