Bitrefill currently supports some altcoins, but our current priorities are to grow our product catalog and Lightning Network services. We do not have short-term plans to natively support additional cryptocurrencies at this time. If we add new coins in the future, we will prioritize by the size of the user base.
However, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to use Lifi, a decentralized exchange unaffiliated with Bitrefill, to swap over 6,000 tokens across various chains and networks and use them to top-up your Bitrefill Balances.
You can try it by visiting https://www.bitrefill.com/account/topup and selecting "More Chains" in the drop down menu.
