I purchased the wrong gift card or phone refill. What can I do?

If you mistakenly purchased the wrong gift card but it's still sealed, we can process a refund for your order. Refunds, even for sealed orders are a courtesy we provide at our discretion, therefore it's not guaranteed we will always refund sealed orders. Please make your purchases wisely.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund voucher codes that have been unsealed, successfully delivered and the code has been revealed.

To avoid this situation, make sure you're ordering the right product. Double-check that the gift card you're purchasing is valid in the country you plan to use it. Keep in mind that some cards are accepted internationally, while others are region-specific.

For top up orders that have finalized and sent to the wrong number, unfortunately we are not able to cancel a top up transaction as they are instantly delivered by the operator to the number provided.
