I have not received my gift card/phone refill and I paid the full amount. What should I do?

First we want to let you know that your funds are safe. Your invoice will update as well as a confirmation email that says "payment detected".

If you have not received your gift card/phone refill, it might be due to different reasons: 

  1. Transaction has not been confirmed yet. See more information here 
  2. Payment not received on time, and invoice expired (more information about this here). If the payment was sent and the transaction is confirmed, please contact Customer Service with your transaction/address information or request a refund on your checkout page.
  3. Order was underpaid. See more information here
  4. Phone refill operators are seeing a high volume of orders and are processing orders slowly
  5. Technical failure with the order. Please contact Customer Service here
